A TV home screen that looks like nothing else.
A dot-matrix launcher in the spirit of Nothing OS: clock, weather and every app as a lit grid of dots. It's a Tizen web app, installed over Wi-Fi in developer mode. No root.

Then I made it run Doom.
Rebuilt Doom for WebAssembly, then chased frames until the TV's browser stopped being the bottleneck. A black-screen bug went away by moving the renderer to WebGL.

Your phone is the remote.
Scan a QR code on the TV and your phone becomes a d-pad. On the same Wi-Fi it talks straight to a service on the TV; away from home it goes through a Cloudflare relay.

And a cursor for every website.
TV Browser+ adds a remote-controlled cursor, plus a phone touchpad and keyboard, to any website on the TV. Open source, built from v1.0 to v1.6 in a day.
